Refund and cancellation policy

Effective October 21, 2026. Plain-language version; it is the whole agreement, not a summary.

Cancel any time

Open your alerts hub and choose Manage billing, then Cancel plan. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. No forms, no calls.

14-day money-back on your first payment

If Plus isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly) and we refund it in full. Email support@shrinkradar.com from your account email address.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refunded, except: if you forgot to cancel a yearly plan and ask within 14 days of the renewal, we refund it. You can switch between monthly and yearly in Manage billing; Stripe credits the unused time.

Mistakes and outages

If you were charged by mistake, or Plus did not work for a significant part of a period because of a problem on our side, we refund it.

EU and UK customers

Plus starts as soon as you subscribe, at your request. Our 14-day money-back promise above gives you at least the same protection as the statutory right of withdrawal.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
