“시제’를 시행한 지 약 6개월 만이다. 4일 업계에 따르면 굽네치킨을 운영하는 지앤푸드는 지난 1일부터 판매하는 닭다리살 순살·윙봉·통다리 메뉴의 중량 조정을 결정했다. 닭다리살 순살 메뉴의 조리 전 중량은 기존 800g에서 700g으로 줄였다. 윙봉은 930g 이상에서 850g으로, 통다리는 905g 이상에서 820g으로 낮췄다. 지앤푸드는 “100% 국내산 닭다리살만 사용하는 원칙을 유지하고 있다”며 “수입산 원료나 타 부위를 혼합하지 않고 기존 품질 기준을 유지하기 위해 일부 메뉴 운영 기준 조정을 선택했다”고 설명했다.”
