From 6 Apr 2026 releases the single KitKat bar went from 38 g to 35 g at an unchanged ¥172 suggested price, about 9% more per gram (Nestlé's own figure). In the same notice two 10-finger KitKat bags rose from ¥777 to ¥1,015 without a size change.
